Hillhurst has a 14 day cancellation policy. A nominal cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 14 days.
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to $100 charge. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the charge less a $30 service charge. This is not considered a penalty. It is simply used to recover from any business which we would have turned away while your room was being protected.
Our check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and out check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.
No shows will be charged the full room rate. We trust that you will understand that it is necessary to do this as the room has been removed from our available inventory as soon as the room is booked. Please check your holiday reservations arrangements carefully before heading out.
Hillhurst is pleased to offer you a "Smoke Free" environment. However if you choose to smoke in our Inn we will charge $150 to your credit card to cover the cost of professional deep cleaning service to rid the room of odours.
Hillhurst Inn welcomes children travelling with their parent. That said, it is a heritage inn, and as their parent you know your child best and whether they will fit into this type environment.
Hillhurst Inn has a Group Booking Policy. Group booking of more than 4 rooms require a 50% deposit which is refundable, less a $150 service charge, if cancelled within 3 weeks of the date of arrival.
Room Damage - Hillhurst is one of those special properties which is furnish with fine antiques and fabric. Guests who create damage through obvious neglect will be required to pay for the repairs. That said we also understand that accidents happen.
